5 Mix can now offer cartridge filling of all types of adhesives, both single and duel component. Our close links within the industry allows us to source most of the available cartridges at very competitive rates. We provide a one stop solution from initial technical support right the way through to final packaging and labelling. Our flexible and adaptive attitude allows for rapid turn-around to the highest quality.

The 5 Mix co-axial system is the first fully integrated solution that has been designed specifically to improve the mixing of twin component adhesives, resins and sealants through ALL current designs of disposable static mixers. For low cost, high quality mixing nozzles direct, then visit the nozzle section of the site. This area includes small bayonet type nozzles, typically used on 2 x 25ml cartridge systems as well as larger industrial bell-mouth type mixers. All nozzles are normally held in stock for immediate dispatch and are competitively priced.
